Use it for lawful, authorised business purposes

Use Moksha One only for the business of the organisation that gave you access, within the permissions you were given, and in line with the law, including data protection and electronic marketing rules.

Keep accounts secure

• Keep your sign-in details and two-factor device to yourself; do not share accounts.
• Tell your administrator, and us at hello@moksha-one.com (subject "Security report"), if you think an account has been compromised.
• Administrators should remove access promptly when someone leaves or changes role.

You must not

• upload or send malware, or try to probe, scan or break the security of the service;
• try to access another organisation's workspace or data, or any data you are not authorised to see;
• upload, store or send content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is defamatory, harassing or obscene;
• send unsolicited marketing that breaks the law;
• overload the service, or use automated access other than through features and connections we provide;
• use the service to build a competing product, or copy or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

Sensitive personal data

Moksha One is not designed for special category data (such as health, biometric or criminal-offence data) or payment card numbers. Do not store that kind of data in it unless we have agreed in writing that it is appropriate.

If this policy is broken

We may investigate and take proportionate action, such as asking for the problem to be fixed, removing content, or suspending an account or connection. Where reasonable, we will contact the customer's administrator first. In urgent cases, for example to stop an attack or protect other customers, we may act straight away and then explain.
