Service providers and sub-processors
Who helps us run Moksha One, and which providers are chosen by customers rather than by us.
Version 1.0 · Effective 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
Providers we use to run the service
| Provider | Purpose | When used |
|---|---|---|
| Lovable (Lovable Cloud) and its infrastructure providers | Hosting, database, file storage, sign-in and system email delivery | Always |
| Lovable AI Gateway and the AI model providers it routes to | Optional AI features | Only when an AI feature is used |
Processing locations and the transfer safeguards for each provider are confirmed in the signed DPA. You can ask us for them at hello@moksha-one.com (subject "Sub-processors").
Providers customers connect themselves
Some integrations connect a customer's workspace to that customer's own account with another provider, for example Xero, Stripe, DHL, Apollo, Google, Microsoft 365, Auvik or NinjaOne. The customer chooses whether to connect them and holds its own agreement with each provider. Whether any of them acts as our sub-processor depends on how the integration works and is set out in the customer's DPA; we do not treat them as our sub-processors by default.
Changes
We will tell customers about changes to our sub-processors as set out in their DPA.
