How the service is contracted

Access to the Moksha One software is governed by a business service agreement and a data processing agreement (DPA) that we agree individually with each customer, together with any order that refers to them. The website terms do not cover use of the software.

No self-service purchase

Creating an account or requesting a workspace does not start a subscription. A new workspace is activated only after someone with authority to act for the customer has signed the service agreement and DPA, and we have recorded it.

To receive the current service agreement and DPA, email hello@moksha-one.com with the subject "Service agreement".

Already a customer?

Your signed agreement continues to apply. Changes to the public pages on this website do not change it.
