These terms cover your use of the public website at moksha-one.com, including reading its pages and sending us an enquiry or demo request. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not buy a subscription or create a contract for the Moksha One service.

Access to the Moksha One software is provided only to businesses under a separately agreed business service agreement and data processing agreement, or an order that refers to them. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents apply to the service. Changes to these website terms never change a service contract you already have. 3. Information on this website

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, but it is general information about our business and products. Product images, sample screens, figures and examples are illustrative. Descriptions of features that are planned or in development are not a promise that they will be delivered. What is included in any service is set out in the agreement and order you sign with us.

Nothing on this website is personalised legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You should take your own professional advice before relying on it for those purposes.
