How to complain

• Email hello@moksha-one.com with the subject "Privacy complaint", or
• write to: Privacy complaints, Moksha Group Limited, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Tell us what happened and how to reach you. Include only the personal details we need to look into it; please do not send copies of identity documents unless we ask.

If your complaint is about data a business holds in its Moksha One workspace, that business is usually responsible. We will tell you and, where appropriate, pass your complaint to it.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
• We will investigate and tell you the outcome without undue delay, and explain if we need more time.

If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
