AI features and integrations
How optional AI features work in Moksha One, and how tools you connect to your workspace are governed.
Version 1.0 · Effective 7 October 2026 · All legal documents
AI features are optional
AI features (such as Ask Moksha One and drafting assistance) are available only where they are included in the workspace's plan, and only to users whose role allows them. A workspace can choose not to use them.
Review what AI produces
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. AI output is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice.
No unapproved actions
Where an AI feature can prepare an action in a connected tool, the action needs confirmation from a signed-in user with the right permissions before it is carried out. Do not confirm actions you have not reviewed.
How AI requests are processed
When you use an AI feature, the relevant text and workspace context are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model provider to produce a response. Access is checked on our servers against the workspace, your role, two-factor status and plan before anything is sent. We will publish details of model providers' training and retention terms once confirmed; until then we make no claim about them.
Integrations you connect
Integrations such as Xero, Stripe, DHL, Apollo, Google, Microsoft 365, Auvik and NinjaOne connect to accounts that you or your organisation hold with those providers. Using them means:
- your account with each provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy;
- each connection needs setup, an appropriate plan or permissions with the provider, and an administrator's approval where the app requires it;
- an integration can only do what the provider and the permissions you grant allow, and can stop working if the provider changes or withdraws its service;
- data you choose to sync is handled as part of your workspace.
These points describe how integrations work. They do not exclude our responsibility for our own negligence or for the parts of the service we provide. See also our service providers page.
